Shipping policy
Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to ship.
Please note that certain items such as throw blankets, tablecloths, and wallpaper may have longer lead times. This information is included in the product description.
If there are any unforeseen delays, or there is a mistake in our inventory and the item is no longer in stock, we will notify you within 72 hours of the order being placed. We will provide you with a new estimate regarding the time required to fulfill your order. If the estimate is unsatisfactory, we will refund your order. The customer is responsible for requesting a refund in writing to stephanie@mezari.ca within 48 hours of receiving the new estimate.
